Dear DTACers,
I've been dating this girl for about a month and besides some odd circumstances (not important) it's been going very well. despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to find out what her favorite flower is. So, when you don't know what her favorite flower is, what is a good kind to give a new girlfriend? I was thinking red roses, but I hear they can come off as too intense. I prematurely thank you all for any responses.

P.S. Flowers delivered in a box: tacky or not (from 1800flowers or a similar company)
So honestly, a lot of girls don't have a favorite flower... haha or at least we don't know the name of it! Your best bet is to just go and get some that look pretty and nice to you! Make sure there's no dead ones and try to stay away from ones that look like they got put together at Walmart... go for something a little nicer. something from a real flower store! Roses are a little much for only dating one month, so I'd try to stay away from an entire bouquet of them, ESPECIALLY red ones pinks and yellows are a little different story!
So, basically just pick some that you think look pretty(: and take them to her! She won't get mad cause it's not the perfect kind of flower. It's the fact that her boyfriend went out and bought her flowers cause he was thinking of her(: It's sooo sweet and scores major points!
Flowers in a box... depends, I guess. It's not tacky if you don't see each other often or you're both busy with life. It is tacky if you see each other everyday cause you should just go give them to her yourself because it's more romantic! It's very cute to send her flowers at work though, but not if she works at like McDonalds or something it has to be a desk job so she has somewhere to put them! What's better than buying her flowers in a box is paying extra for the ones that come in the pretty vase and are delivered already open in the vase(: They're prettier that way
Good luck!
Sarah(:
